Content and allergen disclosure in force.
Türkiye now mandates calorie, allergen and content disclosure on menus on a rolling schedule. QrMenum was offering this standard before the law took effect — with an AI Nutrition Assistant, coming into compliance takes minutes.
Not every business needs to comply on day one. The regulation staggers deadlines by business size.
Content and allergen disclosure in force.
Deadline for businesses with three or more branches in the same city, and single-branch cafes/restaurants/canteens, to publish content + allergen data.
Small businesses included — calorie disclosure becomes mandatory across the entire sector.
Under the regulation, businesses must disclose four key items for every food and drink they serve.
Calories per portion, clearly stated. QrMenum shows a small "320 kcal" chip in the category list and a large figure on the detail page.
The ingredients used in the dish + protein, fat, carbohydrate ratios. Six measurement bases (/100g, /portion, /100ml, /glass, /bottle, /mug) make the values unambiguous.
Gluten, milk, egg, soy, peanut and other major allergens must be flagged with icons or shorthand. QrMenum uses colour-coded icons that are internationally recognisable.
Whether the product contains alcohol or pork derivatives. Filterable through the diet-tag system.
Yasanın istediği her bilgi — kalori, alerjen, katkı, orijin — menünüzde tek dokunuşla görünür. İşte gerçek bir ürün detayı.

Businesses can present the data on physical menus, wall boards, brochures, digital displays or via QR codes.
""You can access this information via QR code. Guests who cannot use a QR code will be provided the information separately on request.""
Inside the QrMenum panel this notice is automatically appended to your menu footer and print outputs — one-click compliance.
We shipped the nutrition layer a year before the law took effect. For QrMenum customers, compliance isn't setting up a new system — it's approving what AI suggests.
A 200-item menu is processed in ~12 minutes in the background. The operator approves according to confidence level; low-confidence items get manual review.
Allergen inference from product descriptions + colour-coded icons. Internationally recognisable — guests choose confidently.
For venues still using printed menus, wall boards or brochures: per-menu A4 output — business name, mandatory notice, brand-coloured QR. Hotel rooms, buffets, catering — one print keeps them compliant.
Content disclosure by end-2026, calorie disclosure by end-2027. With QrMenum you're compliant today — zero inspection risk, zero penalty exposure.
The law says "disclose calories"; QrMenum calculates them with algorithmic accuracy. The law says "flag allergens"; QrMenum infers suspected ingredients from recipe context. The law is the floor — we're above it.
Our advanced algorithms analyse the product description, category and (where present) recipe content to calculate these values. It's still an AI estimate — the final word stays in the kitchen. Real AI, real food, no fakery.
