Infrastructure & Trust

When the panel runs, your menu runs.
Quiet assurance, enterprise scale.

Uninterrupted since 2019; 99.9% uptime target, GDPR/KVKK compliance, daily backup — when the restaurant opens in the morning, the menu is open too.

Six trust layers.

Invisible layers so it works quietly. Even when something breaks, the guest never notices.

Infrastructure

SSD servers in a Turkey datacenter, CDN cache. Even at peak traffic, the menu loads within the first second.

High Availability

Real-time replication server in a separate location; takes over automatically on an unexpected outage — no data or access loss. A 30-day version archive is kept for rollback.

GDPR / KVKK

Privacy notice + DPA ready. No personal data collected; anonymous interactions measured. Detailed report available to your legal team.

TLS / SSL

All traffic over TLS 1.3; payment pages via PCI-DSS-compliant partner. Panel passwords hashed.

24/7 Monitoring

Uptime, error rate, response time — automatic alerts. The team knows before the issue reaches you.

Support

WhatsApp + email, weekdays 09-18. In the Chain program, priority line and a dedicated account manager.

The last 30 days, at a glance.

Panel availability, day by day. Target 99.9% — up to 43 minutes of outage tolerance per month; planned maintenance doesn't stress that budget.

Panel availability is public via a status page, 24/7 — if an outage exceeds the target budget, Chain-program customers also receive a priority-line notice.

Two locations, one voice.

The primary datacenter serves the menu. A replica server in a separate physical location tracks every write in real time — on an outage it takes over automatically, and your guest keeps opening the menu.

This architecture is for business continuity — you don't issue a "restore" command. In a crisis, panel writes are safely locked to protect data integrity; failover is automatic.

Infrastructure & Security — FAQ

  1. Where is my data stored?
In a Turkey datacenter. Under KVKK, in-country data processing; we operate without cross-border transfer.
  2. What happens if something breaks?
A real-time replication server in a separate location takes over — your guest keeps opening the menu, with no data or access loss. Automatic monitoring alerts the team immediately; on critical outages, average resolution < 30 min. A 30-day version archive is also kept for rollbacks after a bad bulk edit.
  3. Do you have a GDPR privacy notice and DPA?
Yes — both are ready and compliant. We sign custom DPAs with enterprise customers. If your legal team requests, we'll send a sample template.
  4. What happens to my menu data if the company closes?
You can always export your menu + order data in JSON/CSV. This is an industry-standard portable format — moving to another system is feasible. We've been operating for 7 years; sustainability is a priority.
  5. PCI-DSS payment compliance?
QrMenum does not collect card details — a certified payment provider (iyzico) handles the payment step. PCI-DSS compliance comes from the payment partner; QrMenum only processes order data.
  6. What are the support hours?
Standard: weekdays 09-18 (WhatsApp + email). In the Chain program, 24/7 priority line and a dedicated account manager.
