Aura · Menu-native AI Assistant

Knows your menu better
than you do.

Aura greets every guest personally, talks in natural language, and recommends items based on their mood. Every suggestion comes only from your menu — never a dish that doesn't exist.

Only your menu · no off-menu suggestions 37 languages · in the guest's own tongue Zero setup · your menu is already there
The difference in one sentence

General-purpose AIs don't know your menu — your products, prices and content live outside their training data; they speak from general knowledge and make things up. Aura works like a staff member who has memorized your menu: every item it names is real, every recommendation comes from your menu. QrMenum is the only platform in Türkiye built on this architecture.

How it works

Three steps into your guest's pocket.

Your menu is already there — Aura only speaks about your products.

01

Reads your menu

The Menu Assistant takes your entire menu (products, prices, calories, allergens, dietary tags) as its reference context. The moment you edit your menu, Aura is updated in the same second — your guest always talks to the latest prices and stock.

02

Reads the room

Guests ask in natural language: "a vegan dessert", "something light", "a romantic evening", "what should I get for my kid?". Aura replies in the guest's language, tuned to their taste and mood — the answer streams in seconds.

03

Serves a real card

Every recommendation arrives as a real product card — photo, price, one tap to the item. No off-menu suggestions, ever. If a guest asks for something that isn't on the menu, Aura says so — honestly — and offers a real alternative.

Why it's different

Not a generic AI —
an assistant that has memorized your menu.

Generic AIs don't know your menu and aren't tuned to you. Aura is bound only to your menu; every recommendation is a real product, with a real price and a real photo.

🎯

Never goes off-menu

Every recommendation is a real product from your menu. Structured product IDs at the model layer — no invented dishes, no invented prices.

💭

Reads the mood

"Something light", "romantic dinner", "for my kid" — Aura interprets tone and intent and recommends accordingly.

🌍

37 languages, guest's own

Auto-detects the guest's language and answers in it. Restaurant-terminology-tuned translations — "döner", "meze", "rakı" stay intact across all languages.

🎨

Speaks in your voice

Set the tone: warm, refined, playful. Aura carries your brand's voice — including your welcome copy — in every reply.

🍽️

Real product cards

The answer isn't just text — a real card slides in with photo, price and "open item". One tap to the product page.

FAQ

Questions restaurateurs ask.

Why does the AI Menu Assistant only speak from your menu? Can it suggest an item that isn't there?
Before generating any answer, the model takes your full menu (products, prices, calories, allergens, descriptions) as context. Recommendations come back as structured product IDs and the interface renders only real items from your catalog. It will never suggest a dish that isn't on the menu; asked "do you have sushi?", it honestly answers "no" and offers a real alternative.
When I update my menu from the panel, does Aura know immediately?
Yes — instantly. When you change a price, description, or "sold out" flag, the next conversation is already speaking to the new menu. Publishing takes under 30 seconds; zero operations, zero waiting.
How many languages does it support?
37 languages. Aura auto-detects the guest's language and replies in it. You can write the welcome copy yourself or have AI translate it across all 37 languages.
I run a chain — can each outlet have its own menu assistant?
Yes. The multi-outlet architecture is outlet-scoped. In a hotel, the lobby bar, pool bar and room service each have their own menu — and their own Aura — talking about their own products.
Should the menu assistant only appear to guests who scanned the QR?
Your call. From Settings, "show only after QR scan" hides Aura from Google/direct visitors and keeps the focus on the seated guest.
What do I learn from guest questions?
A free "menu intelligence" board: most-asked topics, items guests looked for but couldn't find ("40 guests asked for a gluten-free dessert — none on the menu"), busy hours, sentiment. Weekly AI digest lands in your operator inbox.
How long does setup take?
Your menu is already there — no extra setup. Enable the Menu Assistant module, tune the greeting/persona/brand color, set a monthly budget. Five minutes. If your Menu Health score is high, the Phase-0 wizard (Product Enrichment) is optional — it lifts the assistant's quality further.
