Terms of
Use

These Terms of Use are made between Goreel Works ("QrMenum®", the "Service Provider", "we") on the one hand and the Customer using the platform ("you") on the other.

• Platform: the QrMenum® QR menu management software and admin panel.
• Menu: the digital content created by the Customer in the panel.
• Visitor: the end user who scans the menu QR code.
• AI Assistant Add-on: the optional annual add-on covering the Visual, Content/Translation, Nutrition and WhatsApp Menu Operator assistants, Aura, the AI Menu Assistant on the guest side, and the AI capabilities of Otto inside the panel. Otto’s core management functions are included in every plan.
• Aura AI Menu Assistant: the AI assistant that works inside the guest's QR menu, included in the AI Assistant Add-on.
• Takeaway Module: the optional module that passes a guest's order from the menu to the business and lists it in the business panel.

QrMenum is a QR menu management platform for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and similar businesses. The core functions provided are:

• Menu creation and management (categories, products, variants, tags)
• QR code generation, logo-branded design, print templates
• Viewing statistics (scan count, sessions, heat map)
• Multi-venue management (in the QrMenum Multi and Enterprise plans)
• Optional AI Assistant Add-on (including the Aura AI Menu Assistant)
• Optional Takeaway module (basket, order form, WhatsApp notification, order list in the panel)

• Subscription period: All plans are offered on an annual subscription basis. Monthly subscriptions are not offered.
• Payment: Payments are taken upfront via the Iyzico infrastructure.
• Prices: Current plan prices are published on the /en/pricing page. The price at the time of sign-up does not change during your subscription year. Subscriptions started during the launch period keep the launch price for as long as they are renewed without a break; if a subscription is restarted after it has ended, the price current at that time applies.
• Renewal: There is no automatic renewal at the end of the year; your approval is obtained again for the following year.
• Invoicing: Invoices are issued electronically and sent to your registered email address.

QrMenum offers new customers a 14-day free trial. No card details are required to start the trial, no card is stored and no automatic payment is taken. The account is created after SMS verification.

• At the end of the trial: The menu is deactivated and the panel switches to read-only; to continue the service, the Customer activates their chosen annual plan by approving it separately.
• The annual subscription fee is charged upfront, in a single payment.
• Satisfaction guarantee (first 30 days): If, after the service goes live, you tell us within the first 30 days that you are not satisfied, the full amount you paid is refunded. No questions asked, no conditions debated.
• After 30 days, no refund is made for the period used. The digital services exception under the distance contracts legislation ("services whose performance has begun") is reserved. However, because the annual subscription does not renew automatically, you are always free to leave at the end of the period.
• If the platform cannot be operated for technical reasons, the unused subscription period is refunded (irrespective of the 30-day rule).

By using the platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations:

• To provide accurate and up-to-date information (business, contact, invoicing).
• To take reasonable measures to protect the security of your account (strong password, not sharing it).
• Not to publish unlawful, misleading or copyright-infringing material in your menu content.
• To acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with regulations on matters such as food safety, allergen and calorie information in the menu. QrMenum is a publishing platform, not a content provider.
• Not to use the platform without permission for automated scraping, load testing or security vulnerability research.

The AI Assistant Add-on is an optional add-on and also covers the Aura AI Menu Assistant. When you use it, you accept the following terms:

• Image ownership: The source photo used in the AI Visual Assistant belongs to you. You declare that you hold the rights to the photo you upload. Liability for third-party copyright infringement rests with the Customer.
• Subject preservation principle: The AI Visual Assistant does the job a professional food photographer would do in a studio — it produces a studio-quality shot from your phone photo. The dish itself (the food on the plate, garnish, portion, character of the ingredients) is preserved exactly; only the scene (lighting, surface, atmosphere, background) is recomposed. What changes and what is preserved is shown to you transparently in a before/after comparison before anything is applied.
• Publishing content: Text and images generated by the AI are published upon your approval. Nothing is applied automatically.
• When calorie, allergen and nutritional value information is offered by the AI as a suggestion, you must make sure it is accurate before it is published.
• Providers: The image infrastructure runs on an independent subject-preserving image engine, and the content infrastructure on an editor-grade content AI. These providers do not use your data for model training.

• Platform and brand: QrMenum® is a registered trademark. The design, source code, brand, logo and documentation of the platform belong to Goreel Works; they may not be copied in part or in full, redistributed or reverse-engineered. Unauthorised use of the brand or logo may be subject to legal action.
• Customer content: The products, photos, text and logo you add to your menu belong to you. QrMenum stores and publishes this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• Feedback: We may use your feedback, feature requests and suggestions about the platform to improve the product, without identifying you and without incurring any obligation to you.

We exercise reasonable commercial care to keep the platform running without interruption. For planned maintenance, we notify our registered customers by email at least 24 hours in advance.

• Technical support is provided on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 via WhatsApp and email; the average response time during business hours is 10 minutes. Chain Program and Enterprise customers get a 24/7 priority line.
• In the Enterprise plan, the SLA (service level) guarantee is set individually.
• Force majeure events (internet backbone outages, provider-related outages, natural disasters) fall outside the scope of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QrMenum cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of data). In the event of any claim, our liability is limited to the monthly equivalent (1/12) of the annual subscription fee you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence; the provisions of the relevant legislation are reserved.

• By the Customer: You may end your subscription at any time. The platform can be used until the end of the period already paid for; as there is no automatic renewal, the account is deactivated when the term expires.
• By the Provider: In the event of a serious breach of the terms of use, unlawful content or misuse, we reserve the right to terminate the subscription after giving prior notice.
• Return of data: After termination, at your request, we export your menu content in Excel format and send it to you. In the event of termination by the Provider (for breach), no commitment is made to return data.
• After termination, data other than invoice and accounting records that must be kept under statutory retention obligations is securely deleted. For details, see the KVKK Privacy Notice.

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, an amicable solution is sought first; if the parties fail to reach agreement in mutual good faith within 30 days, the Trabzon Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Türkiye.

For customers abroad, in cross-border disputes, the mandatory provisions of consumer legislation are reserved.

If we need to make changes to the Terms of Use, we notify our registered customers by email. Changes take effect 30 days after publication; during this period you retain the right to end your subscription. Continuing to use the platform after the change means that you accept the new terms.
