01What files can QrMenum read?
Menu photos, multi-page PDF files and Excel (.xlsx) files are supported. Multiple files can be uploaded together. Word (.docx) is not supported.
02Does AI publish products automatically?
No. AI first creates an editable draft. You can correct names and prices, remove or add rows, then explicitly approve the import. Nothing is written to the menu before approval.
03How are uncertain prices handled?
Prices the system cannot read confidently are highlighted so you can review them before approving the menu.
04What happens if the same product is imported again?
QrMenum updates the existing matching product instead of creating a duplicate. Ambiguous matches remain visible for your review and approval.
05How is the business account verified?
The live onboarding wizard verifies the business by SMS before the menu setup continues.
06Is a payment card required for the free trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, no card is stored and there is no automatic charge.
07What happens when the free trial ends?
The account switches to read-only mode. There is no automatic charge; the live payment step is used only when you choose a paid subscription.
08How many menu languages are supported?
