What is Otto? How is it different from Aura?
Otto is the AI Admin Assistant embedded inside QrMenum's panel — the assistant you, the operator, talk to. Aura is the AI Menu Assistant your guest talks to when they open your QR menu. They run in parallel: Otto works for your team, Aura works for your guest. Same menu data, different audience.

Can Otto make a wrong change?
No — every command comes as a preview first, applied only on your approval. Deletions work only on empty categories/sections — if there are products inside, Otto refuses and offers to move them first. If you approved something you shouldn't have, type "undo"; the last change reverts instantly.
What does "Perfect my menu" do?
Type this to Otto (or click the ✨ button on the dashboard) and Otto reads your menu's real state and drafts a personalized roadmap: what's missing, which steps Otto does (write descriptions, translate, hours/settings) vs. which you do (upload photos/logo), in priority order. Then it walks through them step by step until your menu is complete.
Does Otto edit categories and sections too?
Yes. "Add a Breakfast category", "Rename Starters to Appetizers", "Delete empty category X", "Move Drinks to the top". Otto rearranges the menu architecture. It won't delete a non-empty category — it will offer to relocate products first.
Business info (phone, address, hours) too?
Yes. "Open 9-22 on weekdays, 10-24 on weekends" — Otto sets the hours and translates the day labels to every language your menu supports (times stay universal). Business type (Café/Restaurant/Bar), notification email, currency, WhatsApp info — all natural language.
Does Otto share an engine with the WhatsApp Assistant?
Yes — same engine. Whatever you say to Otto in the panel, you get the same result texting it via WhatsApp. Difference: Otto is the desktop-panel experience (long sentences, multi-step tasks, "Perfect my menu" roadmap); WhatsApp is the mobile operational flow (change one price, hide one item, day-to-day).
I run a chain — separate Otto per outlet?
